Best times: Mid Afternoon. The gym, saunas and changing rooms are very quiet then. Some suits who are staying at the hotel pop in and local lads who are members are knocking about. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Catch someone's eye in the gym or pool area. Follow them into the changing rooms and into the mens only sauna inside the mens changing room. There is a toilet inside the mens changing room which can be used!
