small gym under opal house( student digs) has a gym and swimming pool and steam and sauna rooms which are very very quiet and are at the bottom end of swimming pool so you can see if anyone comes in , this place is ideal for sucking or , its so quiet all the time , yet there's 100s of students who live above it,
