Driving from the South (South Shore, Cape Cod, Rhode Island)
From Route 93 (Expressway) take exit 18 (Mass. Ave. on the left.) Go up ramp and take a left at the lights onto the Mass. Ave. Connector. Take a right at next lights onto Massachusetts Avenue (Mass. Ave.) Go approximately 1.2 miles on Mass. Ave. and take a right onto Boylston Street. Take your third left onto Fairfield Street. If you have booked parking with us, proceed to the Parking Lot directions below. If you have not booked parking, take a left at the stop sign onto Newbury Street. Newbury Guest House hotel, #261, is 1/2 block down on the right.

Driving from the North (North Shore, New Hampshire, Maine)
From Route 93 (Expressway) or Route 1, take the Storrow Drive exit ramp. Stay to the left at the fork in the road and pass through a short tunnel. Move to the right lane as you emerge from the tunnel. Take the second exit on the left, marked Copley Square. At the traffic lights turn right onto Beacon Street. Go four blocks and turn left onto Exeter. Go three blocks and turn right onto Newbury. Driving from the West (Western Mass, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey)
From Route 90 (Mass. Turnpike) take exit 22 - Copley Square/Prudential. Follow the signs for Copley Square. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Dartmouth Street. Turn left at the third traffic light onto Newbury Street. (If you have booked parking with us, proceed to the directions below).
