Once reaching the beach the nude area extends to the south up to a small outcropping which separates Plage de Lost-Marc'h from Plage de la Palue, which is the next beach to the south. Lost-Marc'h is a beautiful beach in an enchanting, mystical landscape. It draws a mixed straight/gay crowd and is very popular with gay men. Mudity is tolerated, although not officially sanctioned. Swimming is not recommended, and may even be prohibited, due to dangerous currents.

This beach is on a peniinsula called Presqu'ile de Crozon south of Brest. Take route D887 west to Crozon, then continue west on D308(signed Pointe de Dinan)for several kms. follow signs for Lost-Marc'h. Park in this tiny hamlet and take path to the beach (about 10 minutes). Nudists use the southern (to the left)end of the beach.
