- Cruising Info/ Tips:Be discreet. The change room is large and the showers have translucent glass doors. Some guys prefer to shower with the doors open. in the showers once you have made eye contact. I have given and watch lots of great shows in the showers! Some guys don't wear jocks under their shorts and provide a nice swinging distraction on the gym floor.
- Nudity / Policy:Most guys nude up in the change room and walk to the showers. Shower with the doors open or ajar to let others know of you intentions.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / There is a lift to the upper level where the change rooms are.
- Warnings:This is a gym, some guys are obviously up for a perv, but be discreet.
