The restroom always has people inside, many are cruising. Often janitors get in to clean the floor and the urinals. This place is only a pick up point. Do elsewhere.

Just stand facing the urinals and pretend that you are peeing. Just hang our out discreetly but enough for someone standing beside you to see it. Or if it's you who need a , just look down beside you
