Take 24th street south from Cimarron, and take a right on Argus. It's another right into the park but it is up the street a little. There's plenty of parking, as well as some bushes and stuff. But the bathrooms are in the middle of the park, and they're the best spot.

    Best times: Later in the evening, around 9 or 10.
