- Hours:Monday - Thursday - 5:30 am to 11:00 pm
Friday - 5:30 am to 10:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday - 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
The best times for alot of HOT bodies and is the lunch hour and then after 6pm
avoid the morning time unless you are into 60+
Membership prices vary. - Cruising Info/ Tips:This is a family location, so discretion is a must. However, alot of guys that are into guys go there and are always checking each other out. Most walk around naked and move from the hot tub to the sauna and back. Just watch for guys that are watching you. I have had the best luck getting guys to follow me into the steam room...there are double doors so plenty of time for recovery. Lunch time is usually the business types and then the evenings are all types and college dudes.
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity is allowed in the whole locker room area including the sauna and steam room and whirlpool. The showers are somewhat private and cruisy. But again families do use this location so use common sense.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Elevators and ramps make this gym very accessable to all.
- Warnings:The biggest complaints I have are the older gentleman that can't take a hint.
