Where exactly
Exit 425 on the 401 east or west exit from there go south the service road is on the left old truck stop is on right side of road.
Cruisiest spot: Parking lot and behind building.
When to go
Anytime is good but nights is best been there all times and was good.
Etiquette
Most sit in cars chillin...but when you go behind building and wait a few minutes it usually indicates you are interested rubbing crotch as you go behind is good hint.
Safety
Some park and just stare. Seen some police park and do paperwork..but never seen any walking around.
