Basically open Park hours (5AM to 11PM) although evenings are best if you want to slip into woods and not be seen as easily.

WARNING!! This is a VERY public park where there is a lot, and I mean a LOT of people walking their dogs so there is a chance of being seen/caught and there could also be families in the area.
