The guide

Where exactly

Gotta be going south bound on either Hwy 11 or Hwy 169 when they merge. There is a Tim's shortly after that. It's the free standing office/washroom at the south corner. Cross street: Hwy 11

Cruisiest spot: Free standing office/washroom at the end of the parking lot.

When to go

Etiquette

There are usually truckers sitting in their rigs, right as you go into the door. Rub your crotch as you go in, and either they will invite you into their trucks or whatever.

Safety

There is only one , and not much privacy so don't do it in there.
