Herbert Markle Park - Downtown River Trail
Between bottom of Cardigan St and George St
Woods area alongside the speed river north of Herbert Markle Park - the park just north of Goldie's Mill.
The trail runs all the way to Speedvale avenue, but the best area for play is about 2 mins walk into the woods from the north corner of the park - there is a footpath, plenty of space for playing in the bushes. Further along the trail gets more secluded - there is a fence blocking off a storage area - so there's no traffic between it and the river. Very quiet, easily discrete area for fun.
Crowd: Mixed crowd - far enough from the university to get blue collar, professionals, and also students.

Go along Woolwich, turn down london rd. east towards the river. Parking is at end of George st (off dufferin) or near the music centre - goldie's mill area.
Can also be accessed by walking along the north part of the path from the small park along the train line from Speedvale Ave east. Takes longer to get there.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:Wear sneakers or appropriate woods footwear.
Cruisiest Spots: Just in the woods at the north of the park - not the speedvale end. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:Too far from downtown - not near regular bus routes. Can be muddy if it's rained. Seasonal playing only - summer/ fall best.
Warnings: Don't play in the park - you can be seen from the houses and the road - go into the woods, very quiet and there is a slope to the river, so no one can see anything.
No cruising goes on on the train line, but in the woods.

I know we have attempted to hook up a couple times shamus ..but timing has not been good. I will be there tonight at 11pm and thursday night at 11pm .if anyone wants to meet there.. i will be near the parking lot at the end of the Mill
