  • Hours:Monday-Friday: 5:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.
    Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
    Best times: 10AM to 2PM or 7pm to 11pm
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Very conservative when not in the steam/suana and shower areas. When in those areas, everyone for the most part is pretty free walking around. Always plenty of guys with no towels going from sauna to steam to showers. Very cruisy in the sauna and steam facilities, plenty of good times in there.
    Cruisiest Spots: Steam room and Sauna, showers are kind of open and good for eye browsing while showering or walking to and from.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / Full range of services, from lifts, showers and pool entrances, etc.
  • Warnings:Staff doesn't frequent shower and steam area as much as one would assume they would. Very laid back and open type clientele.
    Warnings: As always be aware this is not a gay type spa, it's an upscale establishment with perks.

  • I can only echo what the other posters are saying. This is a VERY STRAIGHT facility. Great place to work out but if you are looking to hook up try someplace else

  • OK, been a member for about six months or so and I now feel like I may be the only gay man in the place! There is no crusing action going on whatsoever, everyone seems to be very straight! Do any of you guys here belong to this gym? I'm not looking to hook up, I'm just curious to know if any "my people" go there.

  • I know Hamilton very well, and I don't recommend you engage anyone in this particular setting. Even if someone does seem to be throwing you signals, proceed with caution.
