Heathrow T1 Domestic Departures
Terminal One Domestic flight departures.
Toilet has two cubicles with a peep hole between the two. The cubicle on the right also has a hole that looks out across the urinals which are against the wall next to the cubicle giving perfect side on view of guys using them. These are very quiet toilets as they are away from the main departures floor. There are also two doors to go through to get in so plenty of warning if someone is coming.

From the domestic departures lounge, go upstairs towards the smoking room/quiet area. The toilets are at the top of the stairs in front of you. Pretty quiet toilets as away from the main toilets downstairs which are always busy.
