Best time: All day. It's right next to a truck station, so lots of truckers visit.

its not indiana laws that are so strict - it's marion county. The nearest bookstore with booths is in bloomington

Stopped in here a couple of weeks ago. I asked the lady working there if there were booths. She told me that Indiana regulations are so strict that they have decided not to have booths.
