cruiser update 12/1/2008: UMKC Swinney Recreation Center locker rooms were remodeled summer of 2008. There are now separate locker rooms for students and non-students. ALL locker rooms have private showers, AND the steam room and sauna have been moved to the pool area and are coed and open only during pool hours, which is pretty limited. Both stream room and sauna are all glass, so no hanky-panky because the lifeguards can see it. Very little cruising goes on here now, unless it's only among students in their own locker room.

  • The locker rooms have been completely remodeled, all showers are private, students are in locker room of their own, sauna and steam room are co-ed. No longer cruisy at all.
