Take Cumberland Avenue west from downtown Knoxville until you enter the UT area. At the stoplight (phil Fulmer Way) look to the left and the large 3 story brick building is the University Center.

    Best times: Daytime is good. Not sure of best time.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Go to bathroom on northwest end of 1st floor. It has 6 stalls and not heavily trafficked as the 1st floor east bathroom is with only 2 stalls. Upstair bathroom has about 4 stalls.
    Cruisiest Spots: Bathroom on 1st floor outside elevator on northwest end, bathroom on top floor on southwest end, and bathroom on northeast end near post office.

  • Warnings:None.
    Warnings: There is always too much traffic in the EAST bathroom on first floor so it is risky because of the straight traffic and UT cops that sometimes socialize in the hallways. Use the WEST bathrooms or upstairs bathrooms.
