  • It's the best and oldest gay bar in town. Good food, cool people, and fun music. The only thing missing is you.....

  • I hate to state the obvious, but just walk into the bar, sit down, order a drink like you would any other place, and just relax and be yourself. Strike up a conversation with someone who interest you. It probably won't be as different an experience as you anticipate.

  • I've never gone to a gay bar so I'm a little apprehensive about going there. But I would like to hook up with someone for a good time. I've lived in the area for nearly 20 years and have known about the Back Door, but I guess I don't have the cajones to actually step in. Can anyone give me some constructive advice?

  • I usually try to make it there every 2 weeks. It sure has changed but for the good. The new owners are GGGGREAT People and alway's make you feel welcome. Even the customers make you feel welcome. I have had some great times here and look forward to going back again. Keep up the good work NEW OWNERS.

  • Great changes...has new owner...has invested in satellite jukebox, new hvac, longer hours.....7 days....tues free bbq !!!! I met several interesting guys there last fri nite....
