Mandalay Bay Hotel Spa
The spa is located on the 1st floor by the entrance to the pool. During the busy days (weekends and holidays) a non guest has to pay for a treatment to have access to the spa. It has one of the best steam room layouts on the strip and all types of guys go there.

Where exactly
1. Head west on Russell Rd. 2. Take the 1st right onto Polaris Ave. 3. Take the 1st right onto W Hacienda Ave. 4. Turn right onto S Las Vegas Blvd. The hotel is directly connected to the Mandalay Bay resort, but is located in a separate tower. The resort is located at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Mandalay Bay Road.
Etiquette
As this is a public spa, any sexual activity must be discreet. The steam room has frosted glass walls, so you're not in view of patrons in the lounge or whirlpool area; however, there's not much warning if someone is entering the steam room. It's possible to hook up in the showers, but again - be cautious and don't let the staff or other patrons see both of you entering or exiting the shower cubicle.
