Best times: Sauna and steam room close half an hour before closing time. Best time is last hour and a half before closing, when most people have left and people are loitering in the changing areas. Kids are about until 6.30 p.m. Sat and Sunday afternoons are suprisingly quiet, which is good for steam and sauna, where kids aren't allowed. - Cruising Info/ Tips:I've been off in both the sauna and steam room, and I know someone who got in one of the loos. Showers are cubicled, but guys towel off outside them.
Cruisiest Spots: The men's sauna and steam room, although this is not a gay gym so you have to be careful. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
