  • Hours:5 am-11 pm Mon-Sat. 5 am-8 pm Sunday.
    Best times: Afternoons before 5 pm. Evenings after 9 pm.
    Dates open: 5 am-11 pm Mon-Sat. 5 am-8 pm Sunday.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Let hang out wrapped towel or baggy shorts as you sit in sauna. Make eye contact first and make sure other guy is getting hard before proceeding. Keep lookout at sauna door for approaching members while getting a b/j in sauna. Keep discreet!
    Cruisiest Spots: Leave shower curtain open a little bit so you can cruise into sauna. Guys will play with themselves if they're interested. Have had fun in sauna, steamrrom & had one muscle stud join in shower with me (curtains close completely & are solid).
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:None, except some real, muscle studs that didn't check out the sauna & went straight home after a shower.
    Warnings: As always, be alert to vice. Make sure other guys are "into" you before flashing .

  • PLace has got better. Early am is best. From 5am to 7am hot sauna action and no staff except at the front desk

  • I couldn't agree with Catcher more. This place is the dumpiest place I have ever been and yes the entire staff is rude, the memebership is not all that, and is a total hasle if you want to use any other Gold's Gym. I can't wait to end my memebership in February! Try the 24 Hour fitness. Way much better!!!
