Cross street: Franklin - Hours:I guess most daylight and some night hours...think the roller door comes down later towards 9-10pm...but you can always access it by going in the Building 12 entrance on Swanston Street then go down and left...
- Cruising Info/ Tips:There are 4 toilets with almost full length doors....plus NO WINDOWS to the outside, so it's pretty private
