On the right night, I have encountered full on orgies, but with the council closing the circuit road to cars (only bicycles)it has become a bit quieter. Still has busy periods btwn 5-6pm.

Cruisiest Spots: Top of the hill, due to it being a good place to see cars and people approachin people without being seen.

Warnings:People park there and commute to work as it is free parking. This sometimes limits parking.
Warnings: Be aware of mountain bikers down on the Point.
