Is This Your Business?Three cubicles on one side, urinals on other. Very private, and has a high percentage of 'interested' people (hey, it's in an office building and those just wanting to pee would do it on their own floor).
Crowd: Mainly businessmen, but also get mix of blue collar.
Close to Spencer St Station and on tram line.

- Warnings:Some guys seem interested, but don't go through with kneeling down for a suck.
