Great clean place and easy to access. Don't bother if a play is on as the place will be full. If you see more than 50 people at the bottom of the escalators don't bother. It doesnt happen often but does occur.

The Arts Centre is the Building with the large tower on the top which kind of looks like the Eiffel Tower. As you enter the door you will see escalators going down on your left. Go down the escalators and look at the signs on the roof which will read "Playhouse Toilets".
