Update 4/18/2008: Exterior pics of the Downtown library. The AC is broken and its nasty hot in the building. Huge fans don't do much to reduce the heat, but man are they noisy. I'll try to up load some pics of the "plugged peep holes" in a couple of days. They don't even sand & paint them because they know they'll be back.

previous description: Two enclosed toilet s with locking doors; divider is open at bottom between s. has no door. Interested guys may jack or you under the opening between toilets. Best seat is the center .
Crowd: All ages-- beware of kids after school in afternoons/ evenings.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Interested patrons will typically sit on toilet and gradually/ cautiously begin to fondle their . Guys at may shake their excessively to get attention (or, they may just be extra clean-- be careful not to signal interest too soon.) Tap your foot to acknowledge and indicate your interest, and look for return signal. If getting or , be prepared to recover quickly if someone comes in. View from the restroom entrance provides good view of toilet doors in long wall mirror opposite and over the sinks, but not of opening at bottom of s. Narrow gaps between walls and doors limit visibility of occupant in .
Cruisiest Spots: Men's restroom-- on the left at the end of hallway on first floor. The center toilet has waist-high peep holes, one on each side-- when seated, left side looks into ; right side to other toilet bowl.

  • Warnings:Grafitti with phone numbers etc. are routinely removed/ painted over.
Warnings: Not aware of any surveillance, but the peep holes have been plugged/ covered previously, only to reappear a few days later. Management is obviously aware of this, and may report it to city authorities, so caution is a key consideration. Even so, the holes have remained open for extended periods of time, indicating minimal interest by management.
