Downtown WVU Campus. If you go through the front doors to white hall, turn left, go all the way to the end of the hall and then down the steps to the basement. Cross street: University Avenue and Willey Street

Cruisiest spot: The old locker room is downstairs in the basement...no one ever goes down there.

Etiquette

There are benches on one side and then showers and urinals on the other side, perfect spot.
