Riverside Park is on the banks of the Hudson River on the West Side of Manhattan. It runs from West 72nd Street to West 125th Street. You can get there from the West Side Highway, preferably the 96th Street exit. Park on Riverside Drive and walk down into the park. The hottest parts are the benches at the southernmost end of the promenade at about 90th Street and the area in front of the tennis courts at about 98th Street.

    Best times: The park is hopping in the evenings until midnight and even beyond especially in the summer but in all other seasons as well.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Keep your eyes open, know what is around you, like any park.
    Cruisiest Spots: Along the shore of the Hudson River from 100th Street - 125th Street - enter West 96 Street.
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes / Lay out in the sun on the rocks.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:No park rangers/no cops and hard to get to if you're walking, you do need a bike.
    Warnings: Police may come by, maybe once but will not do anything, so be cool.

  • is this 96th & Shore in Park Slopish area or am I just way off? if yes, then the restrooms by the tennis court still has action, 11am off and on till 2 or 3. check craigslist

  • are the spots on the river bank itself on the rocks, i was down there yesterday looking, couldnt find any areas, looking for a places along greenway,

  • Best area is by tennis courts on benches by the river enter park at 95th st and walk down to the water safe and fun
