I have cruised there often. It is a good palce to shoe off at the urinals, hook up and take it to one of the adult stores nearby. I had my share of exibition and guys more than willing to watch. The best time I found to be in the early morning specially on weekends. Busted a few loads in front of a few guys in the past. Hang out at the urinals and be discreet, the cleaning crew comes in often.

I've been to Penn Station alot usually on the weekends when I'm going to places in NY or NJ, but I've never see anything going on. I've seen some guys of my interest there, but I don't know who is who if you know what I mean. I would love to meet some fine older black men there sometimes!
