From Interstate 5, take Mission Avenue, West, turn left onto South Coast Highway, turn right onto Topeka Street, turn left onto Trement Street, go one quarter of a block, and you'll see the Oceanside Transit Center is on the right hand side of the street.

I actually cruise The Strand at night, just a few blocks from the Transit Center, but be cautious of the cops.

yes good spot to cruise better yet under the track, over to the strand board walk. will be there tonite 11-2pm baseball cap padres loggo on it 6/2/06. all along board walk+beach side too
