Best times: Anytime. It's the housewares floor, so men never really use that restroom. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Just a "knowing" look is all it's ever taken in there. Ninety nine percent of the guys in there are looking.

- Warnings:I've never had a problem, never even been interrupted. Being the 3rd floor in housewares it's rare to find a guy in there who is there using the facilities for their "intended" purpose.
