Strip Mall Parking Lot. Not too busy after dark. All stores close before 9.
Crowd: Locals, Younger Guys, almost everyone.

Just a big parking lot. Not used much late at night, but still a little bit of traffic. Everything has to be done in vehicle becuase no other place.
