Small lavatory underneath Westgate Centre. Possibly most discreet location in Oxford due to closing of St. Bernard's Road/refurbishment of St. Giles. Much more reliable than Market loos or those in the Westgate Centre. Regular action, can be taken into cubicle at quiet times.
