It would be difficult to top this modern desert gem for its stunning design accents and overall value. With the many private walks, louvered windowed walls, pools and hot tubs, this place was planned for midnight (It's just the wrong crowd showed up.)

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Forget it -- if given the choice between a financial planning seminar or an orgy in Room 57, this crowd would choose the seminar.
Cruisiest Spots: The steamroom is intimate, the hot tubs invitingly small, but this crowd just can't handle lust in public.

  • Two English guys looking to come here in in August/September, hoping it is as hot as our last stay was (weather & men!)

  • The place isn't the Ritz Carlton, but it's clean enough and reasonably priced. Crowd leans toward older bear types, but there are enough younger guys too. Pretty much the PS demographic. Very little daylight action. Most guys just lounge around by the pool. It is clothing optional, but most of the guys you'd want to take their suits off don't and the ones you wouldn't...Nights are pretty active. Orgies going on all over the place and the guys who come in off the street definitely add a good mix. I'd definitely go back.

  • Hey Guys
I'm planning a visit here in Mid April.
Never been to Palm Springs before and am a single traveler.
Mixed reviews I see. Anyone advise me further? Looking forward to some heat and sunshine...

  • Hey FurryGringo . . . I'm not sure about the answer to your first question. But you can call their 800 number and ask them. (At All Worlds, they ask to see your Driver's License and in fact keep a copy of it - - don't ask me why they do that!) I've never had to produce a picture ID at any of the other gay Palm Springs resorts. The answer to your second question is that all of the rooms are pretty nice and they DO all have private bathrooms. I've been to Inn Exile quite a few times, and I can make some room suggestions for you if you want. Feel free to contact me.

  • Been thinking about visiting another resort here soon and I think Inn Exile is the way to go. BUT. Two questions.

    1) I'm 20. Is the age limit for entry 21? I know many resorts in Palm Springs have that. I'm just about three months from 21 so I can wait anyway, but just curious.

    2) If I went I'd probably get the cheapest room.. The desert studio. Do all rooms include bathrooms?

  • Yes, Trooper, this place is the hottest! I've been here lots of times and I've never failed to find some great action. They don't sell day passes or night passes, but guys DO sneak in through one of the back doors. But the room prices here aren't bad, so staying the whole night is a good value.

  • Inn Exile is the most popular resort in the Warm Sands area, and weekends often sell out early. They do not sell day or night passes, so the only way to "visit" is to sneak in with a guest. But the staff does ask non-guests to leave if they catch you.

  • I'm coming this TH - SUN and am looking for some fun, great-looking, nice guys to chill with. I tried to get a reservation, but couldn't, but would like to come party here in the evening while I'm there. How does one get in? Do you have to be staying at the hotel?
