This is the washroom on the ground floor before you go up the stairs to the theatre. It can be a hit or miss, but when busy with guys cruising, this isn't a bad location. However, excercise discretion because there are some other guys who aren't cruising go to that washroom too when the movies upstairs are over and cleaning staff come in from time to time.
Crowd: All kinds of guys, esp office workers around Old Town and some college guys.

If you drive, take 210 and get off at Fair Oaks and go east on Colorado. You can also take the Gold line train and get off at Old Town station, walk south a few blocks to Colorado and go east for a few more blocks.
