Central and Clarendon, make left going west on Clarendon, first right, make then bear left. Gym on left hand side, parking on street.
When to go
After 9 a.m. or after lunch, then again, around 7 to close.
Etiquette
Just be careful and not be obvious. This is a great club and a lot of straight, bi and gays work out there. I've had great workouts then showered and or got my in the steam.

Went to this location yesterday evening for an hour and a half. The only people who came in and out of the locker room were the staff besides one guy with a good body who took a quick shower. No one used the steam room/sauna. The staff seemed to be "on the lookout" for any cruising. Although, I don't know exactly what they were looking to find as no one was there. Pretty dead overall in my opinion. Is this the norm? Or did I just go on a bad night?
