It is possible to have in the sauna...but I wouldn't recommend if the gym is too busy. But if you do, you can simply move away from the door and play in the corner. For the showers, just grab yourself, while showering, and look at anyone in there that you're interested in. If they grab themselves as a response, you're in business. Then, just follow each other to the sauna.
