Along the Fraser River, the south edge of Richmond. From about number 2 Road to Number 5 Road are a number of parking lots, the pier, washrooms and bushy areas where guys in and out of cars can meet discreetly.
go South to Road on number 3 Road; parking lot is just on the right by washrooms. Explore the area for other locations when you have time.
