Gold's Gym, Sacramento

This is an awesome place to meet and hook up! However, gold's is know for people who actually like to take care of their bods. Those who just come to the gym and sit in the sauna or steam room as if you can sweat off all that weight just delay the rest who wanna have some fun with another worked out body. Also, it is becomes very obvious very quickly which people actually workout and which just cruise.
I'm a new member and have had some fun there already. It would be great to see some more nice bodied dudes joining in on the fun.

Looking to join a gym, wouldn't mind a little crusing. Are the sauna and steamroom coed?

Is this place really worth while? I'm thinking about joining a gym, and would love to have extra benefits. Also looking for a gym workout buddy.

Nice sauna and steam area, but not a good looking crowd. Great for chubby chasers, very friendly. Lot's of cruising but doubt very many have actually made it to the gym floor.
