I have been there on a nice summer day and gotten 3 or 4 blow jobs; then I've been there sometimes where there are just a bunch of lookie-loos. The guys have been mostly middle age and average looking.
Crowd: First of all, this is a private nude beach, but just south of the main beach is about 1/2 mile of open beach and gay and bi curious guys always hang out. If you don't want to pay, park out on HWY 1 just south and walk down toward the beach. There is a small parking area on the west side of the HWY.

If you don't want to pay, park out on HWY 1 just south and walk down toward the beach. There is a small parking area on the west side of the HWY.

Travel north on HWY 1 toward San Fransisco. 6 miles north of Santa Cruz, there will be a red, white and blue mailbox @ Scaroni Rd. and HWY 1.
Cross street: 6 miles north of Santa Cruz @ Scaroni Rd.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Walk down the beach, there are usually a few guys hanging out checking out your . There are some coves where you can have some privacy.
    Cruisiest Spots: 1/2 mile of open beach south of the main beach.
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes / This is a private nude beach. You will find nude people of all ages and es.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:It can get awfully windy and if you are nude, prepared to be sand-blasted. If you want to get in for free, it is a of a walk in down the trails.
    Warnings: DO NOT, I repeat Do Not have any type of on the main beach. I have, but you run the risk of being kicked out.

  • There's a nude beach in town, where Auburn St. hits West Cliff (at 2222 W. Cliff). It's not necessarily a gay beach, but it happens...

  • Yes, this beach closed this year. The family who runs it doesn't want to do it any longer. It is for sale. I now go north up Hwy 1 about 3/4 of a mile. Laguna Beach. Parking lot on the east side of Hwy 1. Cross over the highway and follow the trails. Gay area is on the south end of the beach.
