Where exactly

It is very near to the checkpoint. You can catch any bus to checkpoint and it is just before the checkpoint. You can catch MRT to marciling station and cross the road that goes to checkpoint and follow the path that goes in to the park area. Cross street: Woodlands Checkpoint

Just walk thru the park. You can find lots of people sitting on the benches and sides of the wall. Just make an eye contact.
