We have been serving Saint Petersburg and adjacent areas since 1993. The company was founded by Brian Longstreth in 1998. Brian's brother Jim, who joined the company in 2000, handles residential and commercial sales along with his wife, Julie Apted-Longstreth, who joined the team in September of 2002. The third Longstreth brother, Clay is also in sales, and is the Property Manager for residential and commercial properties since arrival here in May of 2003. Sheila Krause is a Realtor in our office, with over 20 years experience in real estate.
