A huge downtown department store built at the end of the 18th century. Has a gallery-like walkway all the way around. The best gallery is the one right across from the hotel. Use discretion and common sense. If it doesn't feel right, at home instead and keep all of your money and your dignity. Good hook-ups can be had, if you don't take the first one you meet.
