This is not as yet a crusing spot but like Hammock Trails, it is private spot with lots of trails. Unlike Hammock trails, it is not patrolled, provides much more open space (4400 acres of trails, open fields, etc. All completely private unpatrolled, and accessible. It is a recreational area but all the times I've been there I haven't seen people.

I-95 to Rt 50, Go West on Rt 50 about 3.2 miles. Look for small sign on south side of road; just past the sign to the St. Johns NWR on the right.

  • Nudity / Policy:You could probably do whatever you want here. I mountainbike here a lot and so far have never seen a soul!

  • I found the location, but not too far off the main road (SR 50) there are two gates both of which were locked. While there is a limited secluded area, you couldn't drive far down the trails. There was also a trail a little farther west on SR 50, but it also had a locked gate.

  • I did not see the sign at 3.2 miles west of I95 on 50 but there is a turnoff similar to the description about 5.2 miles west. It is a launching ramp for airboats only. There was no one around on one afternoon.

  • went there today, has potential but better take someone with you or arrange a meeting. Hardly a chance in a 100 that you will meet anyone there. lol
