A beautiful guest house in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. Looking for a vacation spot that provides peace and quiet away from the rush of the city? Come to Milagras, a lovely two-room, natural adobe guesthouse, with private bath. One side of this oasis opens to a beautiful, interior, arched courtyard filled with native plants, where you may enjoy meals you prepare next to a calming, bubbling fountain. The other side of your hideaway provides a private patio with spectacular views, where you can watch the sunrise over the mountains. Located on more than 6 acres of pristine, Sonoran Desert wilderness, Milagras is surrounded by stately saguaro cacti, prickly pear, mesquite and palo verde trees. At night you are serenaded by the chatter and howlings of the coyotes, as you sit in the hot tub, looking at a sky full of stars, undiluted by city lights. Our guest suite contains two rooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with a futon couch. Fully equipped with a kitchenette, your rooms include a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and bean grinder, all linens, kitchen utensils, telephones, cable TVs and a VCR. There is also a gas bar-b-que and a chiminea (small Mexican outdoor fireplace) in your private patio.

A Note About Our Name: The Spanish word for "miracle" is milagro. Since your hosts are two women, we took license and feminized the word, thus Milagras. Once you see our lovely fountains, tile work, stained glass, patios, desert gardens, and courtyard -- and experience the peacefulness -- you will surely agree: Milagras Guest House is a place of feminine miracles.
