US ROUTE 23 BYPASS, Wise Wheelchair: No / The third is handicap accessible
The guide
Where exactly
It is close to the Wise Cinema and Wendy's and in the same parking lot as KFC, Mosby's, and other shops.
When to go
Around 3:30 to 6:00 every day or early on the weekends around 11:00-2:00. There is hardly any traffic in this restroom but it is easy to hide if you are in the with someone else.
Etiquette
The best way to know is if someone taps there foot, also you might be able to tell if they are jerking through the peep hole. It is not a waste because if no one wants to play i at least see two ccks every time m in there when guys pee in the third .
Nudity: Start there and go some place else if you want to continue because it is a tight fit and not much room for positioning for . But great for .
Safety
Sometimes people will leave the door open and you have to wait for someone to come in and close it.
