You have to be a bit careful 'cause the authorities dug a ditch and trench to stop gypsies and travellers driving there. But possible to negotiate unless you are a one-legged troll. Go in daytime to check it out first. Oh, it's also approachable from A3052, Lyme/Seaton/Sidmouth coast road.
