Scenic hillside heavily wooded in parts, farmed in others. Many private areas. Best spot is just before entering villages, where a gap in the hedgerow reveals footbridge leading to very dense bushes to left (100 yards from road). Follow footpaths. Not very well used, can be disappointing if nobody is around.

Shipston/Banbury, Warwickshire. Follow the B4035 from Shipston towards Banbury. 2.5 miles out of Shipston on your right there is a wooded hillside with walking paths. Can park in a few spots by road, or in village and walk back.
