UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT (NOV 2003): Admission: 10pounds, 12-6pm; 8 pounds, 6-11pm. Concs,7pounds. Gold membership, 400 pounds(1 yr. unlimited entry). VIP Silver membership, 95pounds (7 pounds per entry). I found it to be a small clean, and extremely friendly place, the staff were very nice, and the clientel mixed . Facilities: Sauna, steam room, group room, TV room, gym equipment, sun bed & cafe.

Hours are : 11:00AM to 10:30pm . Mon to Fri. SAT - 12:00AM to 7.00PM SUN - 12:00am to 10:00pm Dates open: 12 noon to 11 pm, except Sundays, 1pm to 10 pm.
Etiquette
This place is not easy to find at all! I have enclosed some photos so cruisers know how to find it. It is the building next door to the Wendy House Nursery. Spartans has no signage and you would never know it was a sauna unless someone told you. Its best that way as it keeps it for people only in the know.
