During the day, can be sporadic. Few of the trolley guys from the supermarket hang around, have been lucky once with them. Quite a bit of construction going on in the area so tradies are likely too. Offices along Oxford & Godwin Street, quite a few guys have lunch in the park or sit in their cars along Godwin Street watching.

Sitting on the park benches provides a good view of who is heading in and out of the toilets and who is hanging around.
